
Lindsay Remee Ahl is the author If a Dolphin, winner of the 2026 Washington prize for poetry, and of the novel Desire, nominated for a Discover New Writer’s Award and a Ruth Lilly Prize. She was awarded a Fiction Fellowship to Bread Loaf for Desire. Her fiction and poetry have been published in BOMB Magazine, New England Review, The Georgia Review, Another Chicago Magazine, Fiction Magazine, Poetry Daily, and several others. She has taught Literature and Creative Writing at the Santa Fe Institute of Art and Design, and at the Institute of American Indian Arts.
